One Quality of a Leader
An open-ended commentary about the most looked for quality in a leader.
Consistency, integrity, sacrifice, charisma, humility, vision, principles, honor, passion, ninja skills, communication, clarity – the list goes on.
Clarity is key. Clarity is the key component, because you need to have clarity in your communication to the people you lead, and to the people you serve, you need to have clarity of mission, purpose and passion so people want to follow you, and you need clarity of purpose to wade through all the information that will come your way to find the truth, or at least the most relevant information.

Yes, ninja skills is very important and often overlooked. I am constantly trying to work on my ninja skills. I train under the dojo of Beverly Hills Ninja which is very well respected in the ninja community.
