The Redesign of ESPN.com

The redesign of ESPN.com using standards-based structural markup (CSS) happened some time ago, but here’s an interview giving a behind-the-scenes look at the thoughts that went into the redesign.

The bottom line is that by undergoing this redesign, ESPN.com has been able to reduce bandwidth costs by about 730 terabytes of data per year.
