Interesting Sights at Ala Moana
While out doing some damage during this weekend’s Friends and Family bonanza, saw some interesting things at Ala Moana.
LeSportsac has an interesting design going on with some of their bags. I think this series is called Tokidoki and reminds me of Japanese cartoons.
Some of the patterns.
Caught the very tail end of the Ala Moana Holiday show, The Christmas Gift of Aloha, and it snowed on the center stage. Pretty neat.

tokidoki means ‘sometimes’ in japanese.
the snow at ala moana was probably “smart-snow” that you can get at one of the kiosks in ala moana. it’s a powder substance that you add water to and it turns into snow. we actually thought about having a ‘snow’ party at 939, but it eventually turns back into powder and would be a pain to clean up. pretty neat though.

Saw the kiosk at Ala Moana. Didn’t look at the cost though.
Man, 939 really needs a blog for this type of insight. Interesting material from the inside view of 939. A snow party would be different and probably get some attention. Is is easier to clean up in a powder form or a mushy form?
