Verdana Lives

My favorite font (of the moment anyways), Verdana, lives on. Believe it or not, this great font was made and distributed by Microsoft as part of its core Windows fonts, and Apple has been licensing its use for some time.

Both companies renewed their font licensing agreements so Verdana will continue to live on in the Apple world.

To me, Verdana is easy to read at small sizes and looks good big too. And it’s something different than looking at Arial again and again in presentations. Here’s a sample of Verdana.
