Thanks to Coco Bean
Special thanks to Coco Bean who I got to work with over the past few days. Her work and effort had some interesting outcomes that paved the way for some change, slight as it might be. When I first brought up her work, the bosses were puzzled. Then as they understood, they were convinced and defended her work against questions by other management staff. Was fun to see.
Thanks Coco Bean! For your next move, it’s time to revive the Angry Asian Girl.

No thanks needed as my work was not meant to be defended for. It was all your doing, you slave driver.
The revival of the AAG doesn’t look to be needed (yet). Looks like T has all the anger needed, and I may end up having a potty mouth that needs to be cleaned up. 😉
Gee Why

Yes, your work or more precisely, what your work stood for and targeted was to be defended.
Recently, there’s been one too many instances of lost, misguided (or non-guided) workers that struggle, not having a mentor or the appropriate level of training. That’s where your work came in.
The bosses saw how training and applying what you learned can happen at many places within our workplace, not just formal work activities. Gives opportunities for staff to train, learn, get better then stand on their own as they gain experience. So far, it’s been sink or swim.
Changes even small ones are good.

I don’t recall T never not being angry. 😉
I think we’ll start a pool for you guys and get odds of who would win in a smackdown.
