Superbowl 44 Music Mix: Geaux Saints!
Congrats to the New Orleans Saints for winning their franchise first Superbowl and congrats to the Indianapolis Colts for a tough challenge. To commemorate Superbowl XLIV in Miami, here are a few songs that stuck in my head.
- In the Air Tonight. When I hear Miami, I think the classic Miami Vice but this one is remixed.
- Run This Town. Jay-Z, Rihanna, Kanye West. Grammy winning. Part of the pregame festivities.
- The Saints Are Coming. Need I say more?
- Who Dat. Because KT Cat said so.
- Wild Horses. This one is for the Colts.
- Halo. Still can’t forget about Haiti.
- Glitter in the Air. Pink’s Grammy performance would have been an awesome halftime show.
- Shock the Monkey. For Jeremy Shockey’s go ahead touchdown.
- Amazing. The video says it all why the NFL Pro Bowl needs to return to Hawaii.
- Le sens de la vie. Superbowl 44 is done. Now it’s time to chill in Miami.
- Turning Japanese. Bonus song dedicated to the Saints Scott Fujita.
