Ala Moana in the Morning

You saw what Pearlridge looked like in the morning. How about Ala Moana on a weekday morning right around 8 am.

ala-early-parking — No trouble finding parking, especially upper level parking

ala-early-macys — Macy’s is closed but the in-store Starbucks is (always) busy

ala-early-mall — The serenity of the crowd-less mall level

ala-early-sign — Yes, this sign was really malfunctioning

ala-early-apple — The Apple Store was actually open or were they venting out frigid air?

ala-early-kiosks — The aggressive kiosk vendors weren’t there yet

ala-early-koi — The koi were happily swimming

ala-early-aroma-caffe — Yet another coffee bar in Ala Moana

ala-early-stage — The Center Stage is understandably bare

ala-early-kicks — Sorry, can’t buy neon kicks

ala-early-honolulu-coffee — This Honolulu Coffee Co. location was oddly closed

ala-early-planets — Maybe the best window display I saw

A nice, leisurely walk before class started in the morning.
