    i have had the same experience. it feels like there are jelly beans or trash under the carpet.

    It is really disappointing to have new carpet (and padding) installed only to encounter the pebbly feeling of the rebond padding.

    That is unfortunate. Like all products, there are huge variations in quality between different products. Rebond is not necessarily bad but you do have to be careful to get a better quality product. Some rebond padding in fact is very high quality. Good luck fixing the problem.

      Thanks. The installers tried to remove the major bumps but there were way too many so they removed it and used more traditional padding.
