3 Musketeers Mint Bar Is Minty and Small

Found the new yummy sounding 3 Musketeers Mint bar at Longs and needed to do a taste test. First off, I think 3 Musketeers is my favorite candy bar to eat. The silver wrapper is just bling-alicious, the bar looks huge and seems like a bargain, and to top it off, 3 Musketeers has 45% less fat than other chocolate bars. So you don’t have to feel that guilty while indulging.

But look, the new mint bar is much smaller than the regular 3 Musketeers.

No wonder, the mint bar is less fattening!

Oddly enough, the “bar” is actually two mini bars. Biting into the minty dark chocolate reminded me of a marshmallow chocolate bunny around Easter time. Unlike the whipped up inside of a regular 3 Musketeers, the inside of the mint bar is like a minty marshmallow. The mint flavor is noticeably cool. The mint bar tastes okay, and I’d get it again, but I won’t be sad if this variation turned into a seasonal treat.

As a related aside, Twix has their new peanut butter flavor, Twix PB. But didn’t they have a peanut butter Twix before? Is it really new?
