Google’s Big Daddy

Google is prepping an updated search algorithm using a new data center scheme dubbed Big Daddy. Searches are supposed to be significantly better.

In fact, you can give Big Daddy a test run by using these IP addresses for Google.

• 66.249.93.104
• 64.233.179.104

I tried looking up the term “club 939” and did see different results. With Big Daddy, my postings about Club 939 (via Technorati tags) show up 5th in the results. With regular Google, my postings don’t show up in the first 5 pages.
