Baby Teether Recall
Awhile back, I saw a safety recall for a baby teether made by The First Years. We had the Disney Soft Cool Ring Teether so we sent it back as instructed. A few days ago, we got a package in the mail that had a letter of apology, a replacement teether, and an action ring as a special gift.
Good customer service! (unlike these guys).

Was either in the paper or on TV. I forget, but I had Googled first years recall and found the link.
