This is just downright cool. This Kickstarter project aims at bringing eternal light. No batteries needed. This mini flashlight is powered by the touch of a human body. A thermoelectric generator converts your body heat into electricity that powers a small LED.
This $35+ gift could be left in cars, attached to your keychain, or simply stored in your emergency kit. When you need light, simply touch the Lumen and be illuminated.

Very smart marketing move Walmart. In this week’s Sunday ads, Walmart is showcasing Halloween items. They also display Halloween creations made with the on-sale items. You might be thinking, “Hey, that’s pretty cool. I wonder how’d they make it?” Looking on the ad page, Walmart has included directions for the creations…on Pinterest.
Also, each “recipe” names the Walmart mom who submitted it. Very smart, Walmart, very smart.

What do Honolulu-inspired colors look like? According to the newest Kobe X colorway, they look like this.
Influenced by Hawaii-born POTUS, Barack Obama, aka the “Commander,” Kobe’s high top elites showcase a blue palette representative of the 50th state. Not sure if I agree with the blues unless these hues represent the skies and the Pacific ocean. In any case, available on October 14, 2015.
Am I at the end of the Pebble-d path? First, the original watchband gave way and finally cracked, but I got a replacement. About a week later, this starts happening to the screen.
Resetting the Pebble to factory defaults is the suggested troubleshooting tip but even that’s not working. It’ll reset but then my Pebble gets stuck waiting for an update. I tried installing an old firmware version but even that’s not taking. Maybe I’m doing the steps wrong or maybe, just maybe, this is yet another sign to transition to the AppleWatch.
Bath & Body Works quietly opened its doors in Windward Mall during the week of October 5, 2015. Occupying a “corner” location, this unusually shaped store is fully stocked with fall and Halloween-seasonal scents.
You can sample Vampire’s Blood, House of Horrors, Ghoul Friend or perhaps some Pumpkin Pecan Waffles, Pumpkin Latte, or Pumpkin Cupcake. Click on the image below to see more pictures.
Playing around with Pulpconnection’s theme to test out some thing. Just temporary.
What do you get your animal lover for Christmas? They already have their stable of dogs, cats, birds, fish, and more. So how about a micropig? Not a miniature pig, a micropig. Genetically altered by Chinese scientists, a fully grown micropig weighs 33 pounds at a cost of $1600.
Or may be this is all a hoax and that “micropig” is really a young pig that’ll oink out soon enough.
The guilt-free eating during the Holidays is quickly absolved with the setting of New Year’s resolutions. Of course, you’re going to keep your promise of working out diligently and losing those Thanksgiving and Christmas pounds. To help reach these goals, a $140 gift of the Facial Fitness Pao is just the thing.
Along with slimming your physique, keep things proportional by slimming your face using the Facial Fitness Pao. Just bite down, make a head nodding movement, and just keep going for 30 seconds. You can do this at home, at work, or even during your commute to work. There’s no excuse for not having a slim toned face with the Facial Fitness Pao.
