Selfie Sticks and Personal Chairs Not Allowed at Disney Parks
While not allowed for use on rides already, Disney is now completely banning selfie sticks from entering their theme parks. The ban takes effect on June 30 and on July 1 for Disney parks in Paris and Hong Kong. So say good bye to selfie scenes like this.
Already disallowed from the parks are personal chairs. Yup, those single seaters are said to be safety hazards, and you cannot even carry them into the park. You’ll be asked to store them outside in the baggage service area. Storage fee is $90 Hong Kong dollars per item. However, you can argue this fee and get it back since this policy is not really mentioned anywhere.
